These 8 x 4 x 18 inch gusseted poly bags are made from 4 mil low-density polyethylene, combining flexibility with puncture resistance. The gusseted construction allows the bag to conform around irregular or bulky items that a flat poly bag cannot accommodate cleanly, making them a more versatile containment option than standard open-top styles.

FDA and USDA compliance makes these bags appropriate for food-contact and non-food applications alike. Practical use cases include bagging produce, baked goods, hardware components, apparel with hangtags, and oddly shaped manufactured parts. Fulfillment centers, food processors, manufacturers, and industrial distributors all rely on this format for products that vary in profile from one SKU to the next.

Each bag is 4 mil thick, providing reliable protection against moisture, dust, and light abrasion during storage and transit. The open top accepts twist ties, bag tape, or impulse sealers to suit different line speeds and closure requirements. Cases are packed 500 bags each and are eligible to ship via parcel carrier.
